Join us for the first annual gathering:
** Harbin Hoop Jam ~9/29-10/3~ Harbin Hot Springs, Middletown, California
directly following Hoop Camp Retreat in Santa Cruz

What is the “living” hoop? What magic? How is this r-evolution unfolding? How can we contribute? How do we feed each other? What emerges?

We may enjoy:

extended flight time, moving with other hoop dancers, encouraging the emergence of new relationships to each other and the community… an opportunity to deepen into the spiral practice, the living hoop, the awareness of the qualities and essence of life symbolized in Ouroboros …Love in the Hoop…We leave with an evolved practice, an experience of extended spiraling trance, new feelings, pathways, awareness, community, and lots of fuel and inspiration to seed the spiral of evolution around us.

We welcome anyone who has experience in body-heart centered modalities (such as yoga, dance, tai chi, gymnastics, bodywork, meditation - anyone who is really interested to explore with their hoop and happy to learn through watching, participation and play without much formal instruction)
