I know someone on here can help me! I've contacted the company that I purchased it from and I haven't heard anything back and I've got a performance July 4th weekend!! I'm kinda freaking out!!!

Problem:
Whatever the nut-bolt mechanism that holds the spokes in tightly has broken. The part on the inside of the hoop that keeps the spoke sturdy, has come loose and is now rattling inside the hoop. It has happened on 3 of the holes...these parts must be replaceable!! Can I purchase them at any hardware store?
Replying back here or via email would be great!!!! I'd love it sooo much!! =) <3
